Functional Description:

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.

Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Integration Analyst, you are responsible for providing senor staff recommendations on the program doctrine aligned with the Concept of Operations, Force Structure, and Strategic mission accomplishment in support of the Joint Force Maritime Component Commander. Perform manning analysis and provide recommendations about required personnel and manning requirements. Recommend effective organizational structures, and unit and staff manning to support a cost-effective, capable and ready force. These efforts are in support of the E-130J aircraft that delivers nuclear command, control and communications (NC3) capability for the U.S. Navy's Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) mission. Additional duties and responsibilities:

Provides analysis and recommendations on current doctrine to include Concept of Operations, Force Structure, and Strategic mission accomplishment in support of the Joint Force Maritime Component Commander.

Provides analysis and recommendations on planned training while highlighting potential areas of concern and gaps. Work with the operational commander to assess training locations in support of the operational and fleet replacement squadron.

Provides analysis and recommendations for operational squadron main and forward operational basing.

Provides recommendations on crew composition and training to support concept of operations deployment strategies.

Provides analysis and recommendations regarding required personnel and manning requirements. Provide recommendations on organizational structure, and unit and staff manning to support a cost-effective, capable, and ready force.

Provides analysis and recommendations on maintenance and logistics architecture that fully supports a successful, supportable, and sustainable transition and future operations of the new TWS.

Provides analysis and recommendations to ensure adequate training facilities are available to support the training continuum for both aircrew and maintenance personnel.

Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Participates in status briefs and recommend responses to program inquiries.

Coordinates with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and Stakeholders to develop transition strategies, prepare for program reviews, and review and recommend alternative strategies to reduce program risk.

Supports PMA and Wing staffs in identifying any disconnects among Project Focus Groups, between guiding documents, and plans versus timelines.

Required Experience:

Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience:

Over 10 years of TACAMO experience in leadership positions surrounding squadron operational requirements, Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) requirements and squadron level training and readiness requirements to affectively analyze the transition of the current TACAMO Weapons System (TWS) to a recapitalized new TWS system.

Familiarity with COMNAVAIRPACINST 5400.1 DTD 13 July 22, TAKE CHARGE AND MOVE OUT MISSION AIRCRAFT TRANSITION TEAM CHARTER.

Education Requirements:

MA/MS degree from an accredited college.

Or

Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
