Overview

As a Sales Learning Intern at Vantaca, you will play a critical role in scaling our sales training capabilities by supporting the migration from our documentation platform to our learning management system (LMS) and building foundational learning experiences for our growing go-to-market teams. This role provides hands-on experience in learning & development, content creation, and educational technology while working directly with sales & revenue leadership to solve real scalability challenges. You'll be instrumental in launching our new LMS training program and establishing processes that will enable effective training delivery across multiple sales teams.

Responsibilities:

Support the content migration project from our documentation platform to our LMS, ensuring seamless transition of training materials and maintaining content quality

Develop and organize structured learning paths for new logo teams and go-to-market functions within our LMS platform

Create engaging training content including written materials, process documentation, and multimedia resources to enhance knowledge retention

Conduct user acceptance testing and provide ongoing LMS support to sales teams and sales leaders during platform adoption

Analyze learning analytics and completion data to identify content gaps, track engagement, and measure training effectiveness

Collaborate with sales leadership to understand training needs and translate business requirements into actionable learning experiences

Establish maintenance procedures and content update workflows to ensure LMS remains current and relevant

Support sales team onboarding by creating self-paced learning modules that reduce time-to-productivity for new hires

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026

Interest in pursuing a career in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Educational Technology

Experience with learning management systems, content management platforms, or educational technology tools (preferred but not required)

Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and track implementation progress

Excellent written communication skills and content creation abilities for developing clear, engaging training materials

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills for systematic content management and quality assurance

Curiosity about sales processes and willingness to learn business context to create relevant, effective training experiences
