Description
IT Help Desk Support Specialists are responsible for resolving/correcting hardware, software, and network incident management tickets. These specialists must be proficient in re-imaging, reconfiguring, and repairing standard workstations (laptops and desktops). They are also required to troubleshoot, reconfigure, and repair network connections of ethernet & fiber optics cables, including wall ports or switch ports, onsite switch & router configuration, & port-level security corrections as required.
Qualifications
•A minimum of 10 years of experience.
•A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant technical discipline.
•An active secret clearance
