Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Server to join our team! As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, attentive, and courteous service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive

Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items or specials

Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and resolve any issues

Clear tables and reset them for the next guests

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions

Upsell items when appropriate to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
