We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify all loan documentation and calculations to guarantee adherence to industry standards and company policies.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the file application and till closing.
Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Ensure you make timely and accurate responses to our loan partners and be willing to get on the phone to get issues resolved quickly.
Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, mortgage type etc.)
Gather all missing data from the loan officer (assets, debts etc.)
Verify information and references by contacting the right sources
Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies
Act as point of contact between loan officers and underwriters
Conduct a final review of the file before closing
Understanding of loan guidelines and underwriting procedures
Knowledge of laws and best practices
Proficient in Encompass LOS - We are willing to train if you have used a prior LOS software
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Well-organized and able to handle pressure
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
