ABOUT BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB

Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and it was a success from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship. Today the Club is over 3,300 members strong with two campuses. It is widely recognized as one of the top 50 country clubs in the nation and top 100 in the world. We are all about the simple truth and doing what is right, not what is easy.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SERVER

As a full-time Server at the Baltimore Country Club you will provide an endless amount of rewarding dining experiences and interactions with our members, guests and fellow staff. This individual will provide exceptional service at all of our a la carte dining outlets and will embody the Club's "Simple Truth" of Great People Make Favorite Places.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least two years of serving experience, country club or fine dining experience is a plus

Strong liquor, beer, and wine knowledge

Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn is an absolute must

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Must be able to lift 25-50lbs

Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills

Banquet experience is a plus

Minimum hiring age is 16 years old

Candidates must have year round availability (this is not a seasonal position)

Must have Full-time availability
