Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator for our client in Fairless Hills, PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

1st shift: 8:30AM - 5PM

Pay Rate

$17 / hour

Job Summary

The Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for consolidation and picking, packing, sorting, and stacking of product, plus perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a cherry picker forklift to accurately pick and consolidate products from high racks.

Pack, sort, and stack inventory according to order specifications and company standards.

Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement and ensure accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.

Perform cycle counts and inventory support tasks when required.

Report any equipment or inventory issues to management promptly.

Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Follow directions from supervisors and assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements

MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish (read and write)

Must have their own transportation.

Must be forklift certified.

At least 3 years of forklift experience (Reach forklift experience a plus)
