Senior-Level Systems Architect
Location: Offutt AFB, NE
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Kaimetrix is looking for a Senior-Level Systems Architect to join our Architecture Support team. This expansion position will play a key role in delivering mission-focused architectural solutions aligned with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) guidance and C4ISR integration requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and validate C4ISR/DoDAF architecture products, including operational, capability, and system views.
Translate mission and operational views, requirements, and capabilities into architectural models.
Support JCIDS Capability Based Assessments (CBAs).
Utilize modeling languages and frameworks such as UAF and SysML.
Work with EA tools, including Sparx Enterprise Architect, to produce DoDAF-compliant products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to curate and document operational architectures, scenarios, and capability artifacts.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated expertise in CCMD and DoD operational/functional requirements development.
At least 4 years of experience documenting and translating mission and operational views into supportable models for MBSE, MOSA, and similar activities.
Proven expertise with JCIDS, DoDAF, and capability development processes.
Proficiency in architectural modeling tools (e.g., Sparx, SysML).Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.Certifications:
Intermediate or higher architecture certification obtained within the last 3 years (e.g., The Open Group TOGAF).
Additional certifications in MBSE or SysML preferred.
