Position Description
The Data and Compliance Coordinator supports the Director of Data and Compliance in managing data utilization and ensuring adherence to local, state, federal and accreditation reporting requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in data analysis and educational compliance. The role involves learning to compile, clean, analyze and present data on student counts, testing, and other variables with precision and accuracy. Additionally, the Data and Compliance Coordinator will help update and maintain a calendar of compliance items for reports on the school, staff, and students. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and excited to learn new systems with training and mentorship provided.
A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to dedicate time to special projects that advance the mission of the Data and Compliance department. Once proficient in core responsibilities, team members are encouraged to pursue innovative data initiatives, develop new reporting tools, or explore creative solutions that enhance our ability to serve students and support decision-making across the school. Job Responsibilities and Roles
Maintain an accurate calendar of compliance deadlines and help ensure responsible parties meet deadlines
Assist with the meticulous preparation and submission of reports to local, state, federal, accrediting bodies, and other key stakeholders
Support data analysis and interpretation to provide insights for decision-making and reporting
Become proficient in our student Information System and provide support to faculty and staff
Facilitate the management and distribution of data across various departments and schools
Complete other duties as assigned to support department goals
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to ensure excellence for each student
Participating member in a local Church
Experience working with students in educational or youth-focused settings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organized systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and take ownership for proper use of data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player committed to the St. Augustine Preparatory mission and model
Demonstrate and possess the highest integrity and be able to live the values, beliefs, and culture of Augustine Prep
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Background in Information Systems or technology-related coursework
Prior exposure to database management or CRM software
Experience in administrative work or compliance-related roles
Spanish language skills are beneficial
Leadership experience in professional or student organizations
