Growing healthcare company seeks help desk and IT support technician to assist with IT related items.
Will assist with managing IT support tickets including both remote / onsite troubleshooting, networking, installing Operating systems and other software.
Candidates with 1 or more years prior experience working in IT, knowledge / understanding of Microsoft products, hardware (printers, scanners, tablets, desktop management) preferred.
Position Requirements: Excellent Customer Service Skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to deal with stressful situations with a professional demeanor while functioning in a fast paced environment Ability to Multi-Task and work independently --self-directed Ability to drive to other local offices as needed- Must have own transportation Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems
