All about the role:
As a Logistic Supervisor, you will responsible for the execution in the area of order management, transport execution, and 3PL performance.
In this role specifically you will deal with 3PL to supervise them to meet the KPI for whole process from Order execution till POD receipt, Logistic Cost Analysis & OTM and Day to Day Transport Processing.
What you’ll do:
Logistic Cost Visibility
Contribute to global project design using OTM as the cost control Monitor implementation of tasks and availability of resources, provide strong alerts for issues requiring actions/decisions for OTM for transport management activities Proactively identify and anticipate issues as well as provide proposal for solutions Actively contribute in competency development practice at all level, providing training and support/solutions in OTM transport at 3PL area with global support Actively participate in change management process to support the global Eluxone organization objectives. Set up business process based on the ERP implementation design. Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations. Data Analysis: Analyze warehouse performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Implement Day to Day Distribution Process for 3 DC
Engage operational team at 3PL and Sales team on preparation of all required resources to implement 99% Service level based on RDD (Request Delivery Date) Monitor implementation KPIs and ensure completion of required tasks done in time at quality expected. Monitor the inbound and outbound flow to be align with the 3PL team. Make sure that we can get visibility of the warehouse storage / space available. Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. Reach 99% Inventory Accuracy on every DC by coordinating daily inventory reconcile with Inventory Controller. Do reconcile with 3PL inventory for inventory movement make sure to reach the 3PL KPI for 99% inventory accuracy. Reach 3.5% Logistic Cost on every DC by coordinating Monthly cost control together with 3PL POD collection DC Jakarta, DC Surabaya, DC Medan, DC Manado to Unit fill rate achieve 95% Return management lead: Monitor return/ rejection from stores or customers, work with POM (Service Team) along with the sales ops team and Finance team to coordinate and monitor the return process and make sure it is updated. Warehouse Layout implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and facilitate smooth operations. Proactively anticipate and alert for issues as well as engage people to work on solutions.
Lead Productivity for area of Supply Chain
At operational level, contribute of 1 productivity project to reduce logistic cost and return
Drive Cross-functional Effectiveness
At operational level, engage stakeholders for implementation of actions to ensure attainment of project KPIs, at all time in line with global project objectives Anticipate conflicts, effectively communicate issues and resolve misinterpretation/frictions. Alert N+1 and/or relevant people for identified bottlenecks.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma IV from reputable university
Familiar with OTM and SAP DFLE
English communication ability (both written and spoken) and strong leadership skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
