We are seeking a bilingual Filipino professional fluent in French and English to support our global operations. This role involves communication with French-speaking clients and partners, handling inquiries, translating documents, and providing administrative or customer support depending on the assigned project.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients via email, phone, or chat
Translate documents and materials between French and English
Assist in managing client accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, or reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
Perform other tasks as assigned related to the business function
Qualifications:
Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service, admin support, or a related role is a plus
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Proficient in using common tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
