The project management role includes two primary responsibilities, Project Management of all subcontracted scopes and managing Procurement Integration.

Project Management of Material & Service Acquisitions: As the Control Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of work within specific Control Account(s) (CA). You will work closely with other team members to ensure the CA scope, schedule, and budget are achieved, while also managing the day-to-day work execution and reporting on progress.

Procurement Integration Management: You will be responsible for oversight of ensuring seamless integration of procurement processes, systems, and data with other departments and external stakeholders.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to integrating procurement information systems, with a focus on streamlining processes, and improving efficiency, without compromising compliance with relevant site requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE)

• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

• Ability to obtain and maintain Q Clearance

• Previously performed the role of Control Account Manager utilizing EVMS.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supply chain related role on a project in the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) industry

• Minimum of 3 years managing matrixed or direct hire employees

• Minimum of 2 years managing one or multiple subcontracted scope(s)

• Minimum of 3 years experience using SmartMaterials

• Experience using PeopleSoft

• Highly proficient in Microsoft office tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Family Description

Project management personnel plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. Program management personnel manage programs responsible for the execution of multiple projects or sub-projects. They secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. They manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
