Must have Iowa SING background check cleared (criminal and child abuse portions)

All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start

Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult)

Drug test must be 10 panel screening including opiates

Titers must be within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE

Weekly guaranteed hours: 36

Weekend hours: every other weekend
