As Fletcher Development continues to grow, we are looking to hire an experienced high level handyman with at least 5 years experience. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and very familiar with the world of construction. This individual will perform basic repairs to complex installations and will possess a diverse set of skills. They will provide excellent customer service and deliver high quality workmanship. Safety on the jobsite is a must; therefore, following safety protocols is non-negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in various repair techniques and tools

Attention to detail

Perform general maintenance

Repairs, installations

Carpentry - trim

Hardware install, weather stripping, door hinge adjustments, etc.

NO SHORTCUTS

Remodeling projects

Painting/drywall

Basic plumbing/electrical

Strong Problem solving/troubleshooting skills

Familiar with tools and equipment

Flexibility

Clean worker and sensitive to working in other's homes

Polite, respectful

Time management and organizational skills

Adhere to safety regulations

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication skills for interacting with Management and team members

Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent on each project ensuring transparency and accountability.

This is a full time position. References and background check will be required. Salary will be dependent upon experience.
