Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our Product Development Organization (PDO) team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce solutions while contributing to meaningful public sector digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, with a focus on Experience Cloud implementations for labor exchange platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
Leverage Salesforce AI developer tools, including AgentForce, to enhance platform capabilities
Utilize AI tools to increase development velocity and improve code quality
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Work closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards
Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing Salesforce implementations Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce)
Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work on-site in Irvine office 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud development
Familiarity with Salesforce AI developer tools and AgentForce
Previous experience in public sector or workforce development solutions
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Knowledge of modern development practices and CI/CD pipelines
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Why This Role Is Special
