This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Process Developer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The role will focus on the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, with a particular emphasis on plastic and rubber products, process engineering, and injection molding. As a Permanent Process Developer, you will be a key driver in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Utilize your expertise in plastic and rubber products, process engineering, and injection molding to enhance our manufacturing operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering, quality, and production teams to drive process improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, employing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyze process data and trends to identify opportunities for improvements or modifications.
Design and implement testing procedures to evaluate the efficiency of processes and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in the development and implementation of processes.
Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing staff to enhance their understanding and execution of developed processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Developer or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated expertise in plastic and rubber products, process engineering, and injection molding.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Proven ability to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze process data and trends to drive improvements.
Proficiency in using computer software and technology for process modeling and analysis.
Commitment to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in process development and implementation.
Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in line with advancements in the manufacturing industry.
