Aerotek is hiring a CNC Machinist!
Are you a seasoned CNC Lathe Machinist who thrives on precision and problem-solving? We’re looking for a highly skilled professional to take ownership of both setup and production tasks, working with a wide variety of part numbers and solving complex machining challenges with confidence.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes for both short-run and production jobs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex machining issues independently.
Program CNC machines to meet exact customer specifications.
Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles with confidence.
Use your mechanical aptitude and critical thinking to ensure smooth operations.Essential Skills
5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and production.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Proven experience with CNC lathe changeovers.
Ability to program CNC machines from scratch or modify existing programs.
A mechanical mindset and a knack for solving problems on the fly.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
