Job Description
WILO NJ is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality Assurance checks on Team Supervisors 2x per month
Order Monthly household supplies for all homes
Review and distribute weekly schedules to the admin team
Run weekly billing report for services including individual supports and transportation
Run monthly billing report for speech therapy
Conduct Quality Assurance Checks of resident files
Track and manage all resident prior authorizations, Service Detail Reports and ISPs through the state email system.
As necessary assist nurses in coordinating medical appointments for residents
As necessary work with pharmacy regarding prescriptions and follow up as needed
As necessary filing Medical paperwork
Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor: Provide initial and renewal training for nonviolent crisis intervention for all WILO NJ new hires and staff
Fun Fridays: Planning, executing and providing oversight during Fun Fridays
Advertising, enrollments, decorations and ordering food, invoicing and collecting payment, and setting up/clean up
Other administrative tasks as deemed necessary by Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and/or Nurses
On- Call responsibilities
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write English
Proficient computer skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Valid New Jersey Driver’s License with driving privileges in good standing
Must maintain a clean driving record
Must consent to random driving record checks
Successful completion of pre-employment process, as well as ongoing checks, including Criminal History Background check and FBI clearances, Exclusionary Checks, MVR, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) and Drug Testing
