What You’ll Do: Be the go-to for employee relations, hiring, onboarding, and training Support safety programs and keep teams aligned with policies and procedures Handle benefits, leave, and workers comp with care and accuracy Guide managers through tough situations and help keep morale strong Travel to job sites as needed and stay plugged into field operations What You Bring: 5+ years of HR experience (construction or manufacturing a plus) Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices Great communication skills and ability to work with folks at all levels Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on HR degree or certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) is a bonus Why This Role?
