About the Role
As a lead developer, you will be responsible for:
Designing and developing rich and engaging web applications using VueJS, React, Angular, and other frameworks and tools.
Leading and mentoring a team of developers and ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
Engaging with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of web app designs.
Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate the designs to the developers and customers.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in design and development.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science.
At least 5 years of experience in design and development for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as VueJS, React, Angular, etc.
Experience in Python, Java, Go, or C/C++.
Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
A strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
