Abrigo is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful software implementation for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This position may be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Integration Engineers, Implementation Consulting, Training, Product, and Technical Support Representatives, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Facilitate and monitor day-to-day project activities through virtual meetings, ensuring alignment with the project scope and timeline.

Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives.

Identify potential risks and issues and contribute to developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams. Provide frequent project updates and status reports to stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

A bachelor's degree in business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Ability to travel up to 5%

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
