Quality Control Inspector â 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $20â $24/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Quality Control Inspector for our 1st shift team. You will be responsible for performing Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections, using traditional metrology tools to ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect alignment and dimensions of parts using ID/OD micrometers, height stands, and calipers
Perform manual drafting to document dimensional requirements
Verify parts against product specifications, drawings, and part lists
Visually examine parts and document production results
Ensure all inspections and records comply with the Quality Management System and Customer Requirements
Confirm assembly completeness and identify missing or incorrect hardware
Participate in ongoing training and maintain equipment certifications
Required Competencies & Skills:
Proficient with manual inspection tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Height Stands)
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid mathematical knowledge including geometry, trigonometry, fractions, decimals, and layout functions
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid driverâ s license
Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
Exceptional attendance record (required)
Completion of Overhead Crane and Forklift Training (training provided upon hire if needed)
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Frequent use of hands, tools, and inspection equipment
Occasional talking or hearing in a production setting
