Job Title: Inbound Logistic Coordinator (2PPL)

Work Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (OT may be required)
Job Function/Description
Prepare ocean import shipments and distribute import documents.
Perform general business support functions as assigned.
Manage ocean import shipments for assigned customers, including customs clearance, schedule updates, and tracking vessel schedules.
Prepare and distribute ocean import documents to the brokerage department and/or Customers' Broker.
Coordinate pick-up and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, steamship lines, and bonded facilities.
Conduct filing and data entry tasks.
Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers; ensure timely collection of unpaid invoices within credit terms.
Collaborate with the team to support various tasks and projects as needed by the company.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct drayage experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalency certificate, or relevant working experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Familiarity with steamship line websites and schedules.
Knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, methods, customs regulations, etc.) is desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems and software.
