What you’ll do

Collaborate with other departments and ensure SOP runs smoothly

Monitor and ensure the development of each team member

Excel in the fundamentals of social media and digital as a whole

Provide leadership and create team bonding/enthusiasm among members

Involve in business planning with agency's senior leadership team (management)

Involve in periodical client conversation to determine agency-client relationship

Who you are

6-7 years in social media field

Technical understanding of existing digital platforms, emerging technologies/trends, and integration strategies

Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness

An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them

Excellent multitasking skills

Experience in leading at least 5 team members

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both in Indonesian and English

Experience in leading at least 5 team members

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills

Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote
