Caregiver Duties Include:

Provide companionship and personal care to clients

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Prepare meals and support with light housekeeping

Help with shopping, errands; potentially assist with non-medical transportation

Monitor and report changes in client condition

Use mobile apps to document care and track schedules

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience as a caregiver,personal care assistant, home health aide, or certified nursing assistant (preferred, not required)

Driver’s license (preferred but not required)

A heart for in-home care and working with the elderly

Dependability, reliability, empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills

The ability to work independently and follow care plans

Comfort using basic caregiver scheduling apps and technology

Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends or evenings

Successfully complete all pre-screening hiring requirements
