Lead Control Systems Engineer

Our client is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer with automation experience to join their team. As a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), and building automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Experience in data center environments is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and optimize EPMS and BAS systems to ensure peak performance and uptime.

Interface with BACnet/Modbus communication protocols for system integration and diagnostics. Requirements

3+ years of experience in critical facilities or industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

Experience with EPMS platforms and interpreting electrical data.

Proficiency in BACnet and Modbus communication protocols.
