As a Senior Engineering Program Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. What's the Job?
Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs.
Support product integration and facility moves in preparation for new contracts.
Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (required).
3+ years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
Strong understanding of capital project planning and execution.
Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
