What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

Perform a variety of clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluid samples using modern laboratory techniques. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation to ensure high-quality, accurate results. Data Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

Interpret lab findings and collaborate with physicians and care teams to assist in timely diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other standards through ongoing quality control procedures and audits. Team Leadership & Mentoring

Provide support and mentorship to laboratory technicians, contributing to a positive, team-oriented lab culture. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification:

ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).

New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply. Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols

Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
