What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

Perform a full spectrum of clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using modern laboratory technology. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and timely results. Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration

Analyze lab data and work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support diagnoses and treatment decisions. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Uphold standards set by CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory bodies through routine quality control, audits, and documentation. Mentorship & Team Support

Provide guidance to lab technicians while contributing to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification:

ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).

New graduates eligible for certification are welcome to apply. Skills & Experience:

Proficiency with laboratory equipment, techniques, and LIS software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
