Job Description
Maintain and optimize SAP SuccessFactors to support HR and organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address system-related needs and enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing best practices.
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
Provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization.
Lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
Stay updated on HRIS trends and recommend system improvements as needed. The Successful Applicant
A successful HRIS Analyst should have:
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in developing reports and leveraging system analytics.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to staying current with HR technology trends.
Ability to work onsite in Worcester County, MA, 3 days a week. What's on Offer
