Schedule: Full-Time 2nd Shift - Work hours subject to change based on customers’ demands

Position Summary
The Die-Cut Machine Operator is responsible for the accurate setup and operation of die-cutting equipment to ensure the finished products meet customer specifications. This role supports the company's commitment to quality, productivity, and safety.
Essential Functions
Pack products by counting, stripping, labeling, inspecting for quality defects, and placing them into boxes, cartons, or onto pallets
Accurately complete required production paperwork
Set up and register cutting dies for each job
Prepare and adjust dies as needed for production
Apply matrix and ensure proper alignment
Perform routine maintenance of die-cutting equipment, including lubrication
Adhere to company safety and housekeeping standards
Goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area daily
Achieve proficiency in machine setup and operation
Consistently meet or exceed established production rates (pieces per hour)

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Basic mathematical skills required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Work Environment
This role requires working in a moderately noisy manufacturing environment
Standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks may be necessary throughout the shift
