ERP Management

Oversee the transportation billing process on ERP-SAP B-one, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments

Follow up with carriers to obtain necessary documentation to support invoices

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in transportation expenses

Leverage automated billing systems and robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline and optimize billing processes. Document and Record Keeping

Manage and maintain transportation-related records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility

Organize daily transactions and keep the records Job Qualifications

Associates Degree or above is preferred, but not required

Must be Bilingual in Korean and English

Computer skills in various areas, like word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

Administration work / Document handling environment

Experience of ERP - SAP B-one is preferred, but not required

Experience of Power BI & Automation process is preferred, but not required
