A Typical Day at CaSP:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Phlebotomy Instructor to guide students through the skills/laboratory hands-on sections of our phlebotomy program. This position is specifically and only focused on leading the hands-on clinical skills portion of the Phlebotomy program. This role focuses on skills lab instruction, demonstration of techniques, and student performance feedback, ensuring graduates are fully prepared for clinical success. Responsibilities:
Lead hands-on clinical phlebotomy skills labs, including live demonstrations of procedures such as venipuncture, capillary puncture, specimen handling, etc.
Provide constructive, skills-based feedback to students during practice sessions to build clinical confidence and competence.
Clearly demonstrate and teach phlebotomy procedures, ensuring students understand and can perform each step safely and correctly.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
Administer laboratory skills assessments, ensuring students meet performance benchmarks as outlined in the syllabus.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, student progress, skills performance, etc.
Support day-to-day class operations, such as collecting student documentation and ensuring readiness at the start of each session.
Ensure compliance with school policies and state-specific educational regulations, maintaining a professional, supportive learning environment.
Follow and implement the curriculum as developed and approved by Branwell Education, its affiliate organization, and the state governing body.
When will you work
We offer Phlebotomy classes during both weekdays and weekends in the morning, afternoon, and evening. During the interview and onboarding process, we'll discuss your availability and the teaching schedules that are currently available.

The Experience You’ll Bring:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma/GED
At least 3 years of experience in Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.
Authorized to work in the United States.
