Business Analyst- Java

"We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Java-based systems to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with development teams to implement Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Work closely with Java developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

Participate in system design discussions and provide input from a business perspective.

Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.

Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of developed solutions.

Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions if needed.

Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and reporting."
