Automation Integration Supervisor

Seeking an Automation Integration Supervisor with 8-10 years of experience and 1-2 years of leadership in automation programming.

Lead the Automation Integration Group, managing technicians and programmers, and overseeing control system design, documentation, and project execution.

Provide systems integration services, including PLC, robotics, and HMI programming, and coordinate with customers on project scope, design, commissioning, and training.

Manage multiple complex projects, troubleshoot advanced electrical and hydraulic issues, and ensure safety compliance.

Mentor team members, develop training programs, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a 2-year or 4-year degree in electromechanical or automation technology, factory certifications in ABB, Allen Bradley, and Fanuc preferred.
