Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with several years of B2B experience for an industry-leading company, offering $50,000 to $55,000 plus excellent, consistent raises and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include daily customer interaction to ensure steady cash flow and maintain vendor relationships, daily reporting on aging, and managing ad-hoc projects for senior leadership.

Handle cash receipts, lockbox, ACH payments (around 200 daily), set up customers, monitor credit limits, and recommend strategies for timely payments.

Perform aging and collections activities, including reminder emails and occasional calls to B2B stores.

Ideal candidates are team players with high accuracy, good soft skills, dependable, and able to build client relationships. An associate degree is a plus.
