Controller

The Controller position is a hybrid role overseeing all accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing/distribution company with a 92-year history.

Responsibilities include managing GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, cash flow, internal controls, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Lead a small team, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, and collaborate with operations for cost and margin analysis.

Key outcomes focus on timely financials, healthy cash position, strong margins, and strategic insights.

Must be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in GAAP, experienced with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and understand inventory and manufacturing processes.

Requires 5+ years in accounting, a degree in accounting, possibly CPA, with manufacturing/distribution experience a plus.
