Candidates should have 3-5 years of electrical estimating experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of construction documents and NEC codes.

The role involves managing bids, reviewing subcontractor proposals, developing accurate estimates from drawings, drafting proposals, and collaborating with project teams.
