The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our sales engine runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for managing our CRM system, streamlining workflows, generating reports, and supporting the sales team with data, tools, and performance insights.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes—solving problems, spotting inefficiencies, and making everything work smoother and smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Create and manage sales performance dashboards and reporting tools
Assist in the development and documentation of sales processes and workflows
Support lead tracking, sales pipeline health, and forecasting
Audit CRM records for data quality and consistency
Automate tasks and sequences to support the sales cycle
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and acquisition teams to align systems with strategy
Generate insights to help leadership make informed sales decisions
Skills & Experience Required:
2–3 years in sales operations, CRM administration, or sales support
Experience working in a creative or digital marketing agency preferred
Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel, and reporting dashboards
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
Comfortable with process design, documentation, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
