Senior, FP&A

The Senior FP&A Analyst in West LA will lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for a SaaS-focused organization.

li>Responsibilities include analyzing revenue, costs, and profitability trends, designing SaaS KPIs (LTV, CAC, ARR, MRR, churn), and developing dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.

li>Build complex financial models to support strategic decisions, collaborate with leadership to align financial goals, and drive scenario planning and variance analysis.

li>Must have 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SaaS metrics. Experience with systems like NetSuite, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.

li>Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with excellent communication skills and ability to analyze large datasets for actionable insights.
