Principal, IT Software Engineer 1 (ForgeRock Dev Lead)

Seeking a Principal IT Software Engineer (ForgeRock Dev Lead) to design and develop end-to-end solutions, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-team impacts.

Mentor team members, ensure coding standards, and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with designers, product owners, and architects to deliver performance-driven solutions and plan future application environments.

Manage budgets for projects and oversee integration teams facilitating transactions among systems and external sources.

Identify risks and escalate as needed, promote best practices within the development community.

Requires 3-5 years in agile environments supporting cloud-based applications, with expertise in ForgeRock platform, NodeJS, ReactJS, REST/SOAP, and AWS.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer focus are essential.

This remote role may involve occasional travel (<5%) and requires a background check. Salary range: $127,965 - $232,415 based on location and experience.
