1. Update and develop new culinary projects, including menu item creation, new processing policies and kitchen processes to optimize new and existing food processes.
2. Analyze nutritional content of food, discover new food sources, and research ways to make new food items from prototype to full commercialization to maintain quality and safety standards.
3. Work with pre-processing team to conduct food evaluation including cooking temperature, ingredients, food sustainability to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Maintain and update accurate and organized records of all food safety and compliance activities, including documentation, correspondence, and audit reports.
5. Research new cost-reduction methods to optimize food storage and preservation process, and assist management to streamline food inventory control system.
