Database Administrator - Security Clearance

Seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to support IT solutions at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Honolulu, HI.

Develop, maintain, and secure database systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards (DoD 8140, 8570.1, DCWF).

Design and implement automation scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Monitor performance, apply patches, and manage backups, recovery, and disaster planning.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure data integrity and security.

Troubleshoot issues, document configurations, generate reports, and support technical analyses and briefings.

Require active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4-6 years of DBA experience, and DoD IAT Level II certification.

Strong knowledge of DBMS, security practices, automation tools, and scripting languages.
