Principal Test Development Engineer

Seeking a Principal Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions Department onsite in Tewksbury, MA.

Requires U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Interim clearance sponsored).

Responsibilities include designing and deploying complex factory test systems, leading hardware, software, and firmware development from requirements to deployment, and supporting manufacturing operations.

Experience in analog/digital, RF, high power, and embedded systems, with leadership skills for medium-to-large teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years. Prior experience in test equipment design, project management, and automation tools is preferred.
