Requirements:
9+ years (Bachelor's), 6+ years (Master's), or 4+ years (Doctorate) in quantum mechanics or effects
Experience leading projects and managing teams
Knowledge of quantum hardware, control electronics, and environmental controls
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Preferred:
Programming experience in C++ and Python
Experience with software version control, containerization, and developing technology roadmaps
