About the Job:
The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities across multiple Divisions, assisting sales representatives on the road and supporting the inside sales service activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the Development and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas.
Engage potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
Convert inbound inquiries, prospect outbound, and develop accounts.
Build strong customer relationships by providing service information and tailored solutions.
Prepare competitive and accurate price quotes and proposals.
Qualify and prioritize leads for conversion.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Share market insights to refine sales strategies.
Maintain detailed sales activity records and generate performance reports.

Job Qualifications:
High school degree, GED or applicable experience
1 year of outbound prospecting experience
Demonstrated professional communication (written and spoken)
Experience effectively using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms - Zoom, Teams, etc.
Experience in a high-volume, transactional sales cycle

Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound inquiries, generating quotes, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the outside sales team. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and requests.
Days/Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
· Initiate Outbound calls and Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and prospects
· Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and service requests
· Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with operations team
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
· Proactively engage dormant accounts and assist with lead generation efforts
· Support the outside sales team with account coordination and scheduling
· Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs
Qualifications
· 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience (ideally in construction products, waste removal services, manufacturing, or related industries)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
· Pay range: $20–$25 per hour plus Commission ($70K+ Year), based on experience and qualifications
