We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Controller/HR Manager to oversee our financial and human resources functions and support our continued growth.
Your Role
? Human Resources Management
Administer employee benefits and ensure HR compliance.
Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Manage payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
Promote a positive and productive work environment.
? Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records and oversee accounting operations.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and planning.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
Strong understanding of employment law and financial compliance.
Proficiency in accounting and HR software systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
