Job Description

Are you an experienced Structural Engineer with a passion for vertical construction? We’re hiring a talented professional to join our St. Louis-based team and lead the design and analysis of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use building projects.

What You’ll Do:

Design structural systems for new buildings and renovations

Analyze loads and structural integrity using engineering software and calculations

Produce and review detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation

Work closely with architects, contractors, and project teams

Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot construction issues

Ensure all work complies with local and national codes

Support project budgets, timelines, and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering

PE License (MO preferred or ability to obtain)

5–10 years of hands-on structural engineering experience

Strong knowledge of vertical construction (commercial, institutional, or mixed-use buildings)

Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, ETABS, or similar tools

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced settingCompany Description
