Employment Type: Part Time - Saturdays 8AM - 5PM

What You Will Do:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Manage patient records, referrals, and authorizations.

Schedule appointments and assist with walk-ins.

Handle copay collections and balance daily deposits.

Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.

What You Bring:

1+ year of experience in a medical or radiology office setting.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Solid understanding of medical terminology and insurance plans (PPOs, HMOs).

Proficient computer skills (experience with Metiformatix is a plus).

Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities.

Keen attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians.

Fluent Spanish language skills (required).
